O estorno poderá ser visualizado em até três faturas, prazo este que independe da Sympla.com, já que decorrente dos procedimentos internos de cada administradora de cartão de crédito. O atleta declara gozar de boa saúde e estar apto para praticar atividade física, bem como declara aceitar e acatar totalmente o regulamento e regras da competição.
